WHEN DO YOU DELIVER, SET UP, AND TAKE DOWN THE CHUPPAH?
When the agreement is signed and we have scheduled a date, time, and venue location, we’ll schedule a time to get together and discuss placement and your preferences for set up and take down times. We will arrive before your venue start time to give your florist and other vendors time to arrange flowers, drapery, etc. If the delivery includes traversing steps, an elevator, or a reasonable walk from where we can park our delivery vehicle, there is an additional fee. Will will take down and pickup after the ceremony. We can accommodate time parameters set by venues (additional charges may apply)

​HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE CHUPPAH FOR?
We only offer the rental for the date and time that is agreed upon. We do our best to accommodate your requests and generally can deliver and pick up in a range that is convenient for you.

WHAT'S YOUR AVAILABILITY AND HOW DO I BOOK THE RENTAL?
We experience high demand during wedding season, and our calendar fills up quickly so check your date and book as soon as possible. When filling out our contact form include as much information as possible such as location eg,.outdoor, windy, indoor carpeting or hardwood flooring, etc. We will email you a rental agreement for your review. Full payment shall be due and payable upon signing of this Agreement by both parties.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION AND WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
When you book online, we will send you an electronic version of the rental agreement. Via our online system you can sign and secure your rentals. ​​Registration requirements can be found here.

WHAT IS OUR SERVICE AREA?
We rent throughout Los Angeles and other SoCal locations. Our delivery, set-up, and take down charges vary depending on distance and travel time, venue requirements, and ease of access.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Delivery and pickup rates are based on location of your venue. Delivery and pickup fee: $240. Extra charges will result in deliveries that require personnel to use stairs, elevators, or where extra time is involved. If extra setup and takedown is required, arrangements should be made several days prior to delivery and a special charge will be quoted.
